Needle felting is a fun craft that basically involves stabbing fibres together using a special needle until they mesh to form felt.  The stabbing action can be quite therapeutic too!   No sewing skills are required: the whole piece is made simply by placing the colour fibre in position and repeatedly stabbing the needle in and out over it until it becomes felted.  This kit includes a polystyrene core to save needle felting the body from scratch, which is perfect for beginners and those keen to get to the fun part - adding the colour and features.  The detailed, full colour, step by step instructions make this an easily accessible project for those who've never needle felted before - be warned, you may become addicted!
