Your Party or Workshop Experience

Have a fun time with friends making your own jewellery. Great for hen dos, showers, special birthdays or any excuse to get together! Create vintage-style jewellery using classic Liberty of London fabric ribbons and cords. Learn a variety of ribbon jewellery making methods to make elegantly understated and simply stunning pieces, allowing the gorgeous fabric to take centre stage, and maybe do a little sewing too. Guests will design and create a bracelet and a choker-style necklace. Made from Liberty's iconic signature fabric - 100% finely woven Tana Lawn cotton - the bias ribbons and spaghetti cords display their intricate prints beautifully; each of the 45 ribbons and cords is as delightful to work with as it is to wear. To embellish their chosen ribbon or cord, guests can design a centrepiece selecting from an array of glass, spun paper pearl and clay beads, alongside glass, metal and enamel charms too. Choose a single bead or charm, pair a charm with an accent bead or maybe add some boho charm with a faux suede cord tassel. Ribbon jewellery can be contructed using a variety of findings and methods to suit; guests can choose to keep things simple or may like to explore more complex designs and needle-and-thread techniques. Guests will each take home 3 of the following: - ribbon charm bracelet - cord memory wire wrap-around bracelet - ribbon choker pendant - cord memory wire wrap-around choker With plenty of prints and beautiful beads to choose from you will be able to create the perfect accessory to match your wardrobe. Minimum group 6 guests This relaxed 3 hour workshop allows plenty of time to enjoy a cuppa or maybe a glass of bubbly (or two!). Can be tailored to suit.
