You will need:
- jam jar with lid
- hammer, nail and wooden block (to create a hole in the lid)
- a thin strip of cellulose sponge
- string or garden twine
- oil paint markers or other suitable permament colour for drawing on glass
- buttons, beads or flowers if you would like to add any embellishments
- scissors
- sugar water solution
