Winter Wellbeing Aromatherapy Workshop

This workshop begins with an exploration of "Organic Defence"  essential oils and aromatherapy uses to boost your winter wellbeing.

You  will then create your own aromatherapy bracelet using natural lava  stone beads to gently diffuse Organic Defence oil (or any oil you choose  to use) whilst you wear it.  Set the lava amid a wide choice of glass, wood and metal beads.

Volcanic lava is naturally porous which  creates the perfect pairing with your favourite essential oil. You can  then wear your jewellery as a diffuser and enjoy the aroma and  therapeutic benefits wherever you go. When essential oils are applied to  the lava beads, the natural craters in the stone soak up the essential  oil or blend.
